Heyz again. Since some of friends also "feature" or talk about songs in their blogs, I thought I would too. Those lyrics are from an old song titled "Yesterday". However, some people still know this song, considering its old age. As for myself, I prefer older 70s - 80s songs that people in their 50s may karaoke to. You can call me old-fashioned but I find that such old songs have a deeper meaning to their lyrics. If you read closely, the song is basically about the process and end of a relationship. During the relationship, you would be carefree as "all your troubles seemed so far away". At the end of that relationship however, those troubles "they're here to stay". After a relationship, you would feel as though you are only "half the man" you used to be since a "part" of you is now gone. You may also feel depressed then, taking note of "There's a shadow hanging over me". Yup lots of meaning there. Other than the meaning, the song is quite short in comparison with modern pop songs. The tune is nice and its really a soulful song (to me at least).

Been loving this song since I was still a child. Of course I didn't fully understand the lyrics but all that mattered back then was how it sounded. Guess it just stuck onto me. Haha sing this song, you may ask? I guess I could sing it. Don't know how well though so I'd rather you not take the chance.

Well back from yesterday to today. Bowling training as usual. Practising one-step the whole way. Trying to get my ball to speed up. Try to increase my low rev (if I even have one to begin with). Well, at least I'm doing better since Nationals, or at least I think so. There's a Past VS Present competition that comprises of bowlers that were or is from my school. It should be fun. Qing Hui, Gerald, Shaun, me. Balanced I would say. Hopefully we can do well in the competition. Wonder who the other teams from other batches will be. There'll be a team from our seniors. Maybe even some adults who were once in my school too. Haha let's wait and see. Hope to bring good news back to this blog tomorrow (if I'm not too tired to blog in the first place). Hmmm... Need to clean my Rampage in the morning. Tomorrow's Saturday. Tomorrow's in about 1 hour's time.

Getting sleepy... My results aren't that bad but aren't too good either. Must do better I guess. Need to settle PW stuff too... Tired... Yawn... Nightz...
